Live Like a Republican

It's a bit of a truism.  The economy does better under Democrats / progressives / liberals than it does under conservatives.  Or, as Harry Truman, the 33rd President of the United States, said,   If you want to live like a Republican, vote Democratic.

What it boils down to is into which economic model do you feel government should fit:
If you favor workers and the middle class over the 1% who control more than 90% of the wealth of this country, you should be a Keynesian.

Vote Your Wallet, Workers!

Representative John Lewis has called the vote the single most powerful tool for non-violent social change that we have.  Along those lines, Bodhi's always felt that there is a direct correlation between voter turnout and income (in)equality.  Call me prescient ...

According to a Princeton study,  voter turnout and mean income are indeed linked.  (In the interests of full disclosure, the source just cited isn't the easiest read in the world.  Those unfamiliar with statistics may find it a bit occluded.)
