Ignorance of the Law

There's a saying among attorneys - ignorance of the law is no defense.

Here's one way to avoid being backed into that tight corner.  The law school of Cornell University has collected all 54 Federal Codes into a single body, complete with a detailed Table of Contents.

So, if you're curious about Federal laws that govern the treatment of Native Americans, check these out.  Or, if you'd rather study up on legislation about telecommunications, try the linked-to section.

It's the most laudable achievement of any free society - to make the rules under which it governs universally available.  Don't look this gift-horse in the mouth.
