She Has a Plan for That

It's become a bit of a wry joke from the Elizabeth Warren campaign, even to the point of having the phrase emblazoned on T-shirts.

Indeed Warren does have a plan for just about every issue.  Look here for a dozen or more.  My personal favorite?  Getting rid of the Electoral College.
